PA Betting and the Hong Kong Jockey Club ink new agreement
Through the agreement, PABS will use its own technology to provide Tote UK, which has shared its tote pools with At the Races (ATR), the UK broadcaster of Hong Kong races, with horseracing data from the Hong Kong Jockey Club (HJKC).
